Good: on time, delivery of packaging materials quick and free (but see more later) Bad: the original price was 200 pounds. I have been charged 50 pounds because of an electric piano which was listed in my original request (it was apparently heavier than they tought) and 100 pounds for (old) packaging materials (initially billed at about 20 pounds). The billing was not detailed and completely ridicolous. They distroyed a few items (a hanger for my clothes in particular, they wanted to sell one of theirs to me as well instead of just replacing it). Not very careful. For the final bill of 375 pounds (almost double what they said) you can get a fairly better service than this.
